This is both a strategic and operational (hands on) role, that would bring a holistic view to the brand and its products across all asset types and formats. The Art Director will lead the designers to boost the brand´s communications. It is key to understand the business and products in order to develop new proposals to add value to the relationship with the client.

Responsabilidades

- Work together with the Production Lead on the team´s agenda. - Ensure the creative quality on all deliverables. - Supervise and overview the team´s creative work. - Design for the account and offer new proposals to enhance both the Brand and the team. - Know the guidelines and ensure the team knows and follows them as well. - Unify the visual communication across all products and assets and enhance the creative quality of all productions. - Have a holistic view that allows for the integration of the team and the client products. - Understand the needs of the business beyond the brief or specific requirement. - Define projects and situations for Brand guidelines flexibility to boost up the visual proposal. - Engage, follow up and maintain permanent collaboration with the client to offer alternatives and new options. - Train the team and keep track of best creative practices, showing different working methodologies and design techniques.
