We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in coordinating deliverables, managing project timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from inception to completion. You will act as a central point of contact, effectively bridging communication not only between various internal capabilities and stakeholders but also with our valued client-side stakeholders, championing efficiency, clarity, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Delivery Manager in developing comprehensive roadmaps for various markets, brands, and projects, aligning with strategic objectives and business needs. • Serve as the JIRA owner, responsible for the meticulous creation of tickets, setting accurate due dates, and ensuring all entries include clear information, defined objectives, and necessary materials. • Foster strong collaboration with internal Capabilities, facilitating Q&A sessions as needed to ensure the core objective of each brief is consistently met. • Assist with the integration of Capabilities and Product Owners, orchestrating various stakeholders to resolve definitions, ensuring quality standards are upheld, and project timings are met. • Ensure all Capability deliverables strictly adhere to approved guidelines and consistently meet client expectations. • Drive ongoing optimization by gathering and leveraging insights from capabilities to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. • Proactively collaborate with Capability Leads to plan timings, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. • Ensure all Capabilities clearly understand the next steps and overall journey of each project.
